Cheesy Chicken with Mixed Vegetables
with Kiri ®
Perfect as a side, this flavorful Oriental rice dish features minced meat, spices, nuts and a creamy Kiri stock for a palette-pleaser the whole family will love. Serve with a side salad or curry to make it a meal.

Directions |
STEP 1
Sauté the onions in oil until golden brown, then add lamb meat.
STEP 2
Add the raisins, cinnamon, spices, pepper, cardamom and bay leaf and cook the mixture.
STEP 3
Stir in the rice and mix to combine with meat.
STEP 4
Add the Kiri squares to the stock and stir until cheese melts.
STEP 5
Pour the Kiri mixture over rice.
STEP 6
When the rice starts to boil, cover the cooking pan and simmer over low heat until the rice is well cooked. |
Garnish Garnish the rice with toasted nuts, raisins and dried wild blueberries for a sweet, flavorful finish. |
