Four Cheese Lasagna
with Kiri ®
These bite-sized pizzettes are perfect for parties or as a midday snack. Kiri squares, goat cheese, Provence herbs and turkey melt deliciously into small crusts of ready- made pizza dough.

STEP 1
In a large, heavy skillet, heat the oil and add the onions, salt, pepper, herbs, and sugar. Stir to combine over very low heat, until the onions are caramelized.
STEP 2
Mix the Kiri squares with the goat cheese.
STEP 3
Preheat the oven to 246°C for 10 minutes, and roll out the pizza dough into a 1/2-inch-thick round.
STEP 4
Using a round cookie cutter, cut out 24 dough circles. Arrange the circles on a baking sheet.
STEP 5
Top with each with Kiri mixture. Bake until golden, for about 10 minutes.
STEP 6
Place a small spoonful of the caramelized onions and a piece of smoked turkey on each Pizette while still hot. |
Garnish Garnish the pizette with sprigs of parsley or rosemary. |
