Seafood Gratin with Fennel Sauce
with Kiri ®
Creamy Kiri squares add a richness to this red lentil soup, deliciously seasoned with garlic, cumin, black pepper and coriander. There’s nothing more comforting on a chilly day!

STEP 1
Chop the garlic and the onion.
STEP 2
Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil until the onion softens.
STEP 3
Add the onion and the garlic to the boiled lentils, season with cumin and pepper and allow the soup to boil for 30 minutes until completely cooked.
STEP 4
Pour the soup in the mixer, add the Kiri squares and blend well. Return the soup to the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP 5
Add the coriander and the lemon juice right before serving. |
Garnish For pretty presentation, sprinkle some chopped green coriander on top of the soup. |
