Blue Cheese & Walnut Dip
with Kiri ®
These are some hot potatoes! Mini baked potatoes are stuffed with melty Kiri squares, flavorful green onions and fresh lettuce. Serve with steamy tomato soup and French bread for a delicious, soul-comforting meal.

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C for 10 minutes and pierce the potatoes. Then coat each with olive oil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, mix the Kiri squares with the green onion and lettuce.
STEP 3
When the potatoes are baked, cut each in half vertically.
STEP 4
Spoon Kiri and onion mixture onto the potatoes. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. |
Garnish Garnish with onions on top. |
