Brownies
with Lurpak ®

Lurpak Butter, Puck Whipped Cream and rich dark chocolate spiked with a hint of vanilla join forces to make these mouthwateringly good brownies! Add walnuts for a bit of crunch.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 grams Lurpak Butter
  • 250 grams dark chocolate150 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams walnuts (optional)
  • 75 milliliter Puck Whipping Cream

 

Directions

STEP 1
Mix the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, Puck Whipped Cream and melted chocolate. Mix until smooth.
 
STEP 2
Add the flour and walnuts.
 
STEP 3
Pour the mixture in a baking dish on a 2 centimeter level.
 
STEP 4
Bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
Garnish

 You can enjoy it with a chocolate sauce.
