Cheese Omelet
with Three cows ®

Wake up to a tasty, protein-packed breakfast of Three Cows Cheese-stuffed omelet fried in rich Lurpak Butter.

Serves 12

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp Lurpak butter
  • ¼ cup Three Cows Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and pepper if desired
  • Mint and tomatoes for garnish  

Directions

STEP 1
Beat eggs in a small bowl with fork or wire whisk until yolks and whites are well mixed.
 
STEP 2
Heat Lurpak butter in a skillet. As butter melts, tilt skillet to coat bottom with butter.
 
STEP 3
Quickly pour eggs into skillet. Cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with shredded Three Cows Mozzarella Cheese.
 
STEP 4
Tilt skillet and run a spatula under edge of omelet, then jerk skillet sharply to loosen omelet from bottom of skillet. Fold the omelet at the center and put in the serving dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and additional cheese if desired.
 
Garnish

Garnish with mint leaves and tomatoes.
