Pizza Napolitana
with Three cows ®
Always a hit, these snackable cheese straws will be gone in minutes – so be sure to make extra! Lurpak Butter gives them a crisp finish, while the Three Cows Mozzarella and cheddar bakes flavor into every bite. They’re even more delicious dipped in yogurt or marinara.

STEP 1
Combine the flours in a bowl and rub in the Lurpak Butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbles.
STEP 2
Add the egg yolk, Three Cows Mozzarella Cheese, cayenne, and curcuma. Mix with a fork, and then knead lightly until smooth.
STEP 3
Roll out the cheese pastry on a floured work surface to a 5 mm thickness. Cut into long strips or straws and brush with beaten egg white.
STEP 4
Sprinkle with the black seed.
STEP 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
